I was born in New York, in 1964, move to California when I was 8. I am the oldest of 6 kids, we lived in a 4 bedroom unfinished house. My Dad worked for a large computer company, and made a fair living in the lower middle class style. My Mom was an average type house wife, who did her best to
educate and entertain us kids.
I enjoyed school but had reading and spelling difficulties, I was more inclined towards math, arts, history and outside activities. At a young age, to support my requests, I did yard work and odd jobs for others and collected aluminum for money.
By the time I was 18 I knew that I would have to work for what I wanted in life. I spent my young adult life working at a local video store that was within walking distance of my childhood home. Then, at 21, my dad helped me get a job at the computer company that he worked for. I worked there for 11 years.
I moved to Colorado and fell in love with the Springs in 1987.
Over the next twenty years I worked a wide range of blue-collar jobs until settling in as a handy-man for a Property Manager since 2007.
I've seen a wide range of lifestyles throughout my life and have met so many people along the way. By keeping my eyes and ears open, and truly listening to what people are saying I work to improve things that people find frustrating or broken.
My love for travel, Colorado, and the overwhelming energy of Las Vegas is what has inspired this dream of building The Holiday Union Resort here in Colorado Springs.
How, where and when-ever, this resort is built; I hope I can be a big part of it. I have more creativity left inside of me and I want to share it, my energy and my Colorado Pride with Others.
Thanks,
